CHERYL WILLIS, General Contractor/REALTOR® "A New Perspective on Real Estate: Educated in Construction" |
The $8,000 economic stimulus for First Time Home Buyers is WORKING! If you are a first time home owner, or if you haven't owned a home in the last 3 years, now is the time! This incentive will put $8,000 in your pocket when you do your 2009 taxes but it ends December 1st. So if you are looking to take advantage of it, you should plan to have the new house you want under contract by October. That way you will have enough time to get your loan closed by December 1st. If you are going to owe taxes for 2009, the IRS will take whatever you owe them out of the $8,000 and send you the rest. It's that easy. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR SELLERS? If you have a home to sell, this $8,000 incentive brings more house shoppers to the market. SELLING? There is hope! 2009 has been an active real estate year for me. I have done more real estate this year than the whole of 2008! You'll still need a good plan to sell your home! Someone who will tell you the truth about the market, pricing and staging your home. You'll want a Realtor who knows how to negotiate and who has experience in real estate. If you own real estate that you're thinking of selling, I would be happy to provide you with a FREE Home Evaluation. |
BUYING? It is a buyer's market and with so many homes to choose from, you'll want a Realtor to tell you the truth about the value of the home, not one who is only interested in a quick sale. Take advantage of my construction experience; I am happy to share it with you. Whether you are looking for that "diamond in the rough" or searching for your next new home, hire someone with experience in the home building industry, who has spent a lifetime helping home owners make the transition and who wants to earn your business. I invite you to contact me as I'd be happy to assist you with this important transaction. - Cheryl Willis 910-279-2973 cheryl@bluecityhomes.com In addition, whether you have a question about home construction in the area or if you have any general questions about buying or selling real estate in North Carolina, please contact me as I'm more than willing to help. | |
